Scope
The assessment is bounded before it starts: which application, which modules, which data model, which integrations, and what decision the work needs to support. Modernization work that follows is scoped module by module against the roadmap the assessment produces.

The calendar depends on system size, access, documentation, stakeholder availability, and how much business logic is buried in code or database behavior. Small assessments can move quickly; large platforms may need a longer discovery path.

What we need
